HKM is a Chartered Quantity Surveying & Project Management practice with over fifty years construction economic experience.

Owen is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with comprehensive experience in construction cost analysis and strategic development cost advice. He provides a hands-on and logical approach for each client during all stages of the development process both on a national and international scale. His areas of interests include cost management advice for property development strategies, risk analysis and investment opportunities for foreign direct investment.
In addition to the above, he advises clients on Development Management strategies, Construction Cost Analysis, Procurement Advice, Insurance and Capital Allowance calculations.
Owen is responsible for operational and stakeholder-related objectives, across all industry streams in Ireland and the UK. He is a Fellow of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Martin is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with considerable experience in contract negotiation, dispute resolution and construction project litigation whilst also practising the traditional quantity surveying skills of cost control and project administration.
He is the designated “Safety Officer” for Henley Kavanagh McGowan and he is also responsible for the administration of our “in-house” Quality Control System.
Martin has been with Henley Kavanagh McGowan since 2004 and he was appointed a Director of the firm in 2010.
He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Economics, he is a Chartered Member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Michael has over 40 years of experience in the construction and property industry. He has been with Henley Kavanagh McGowan since the foundation of the Dublin Office in 1972.
His experience covers a broad range of public and private sector projects in the areas of financial management and construction management and project monitoring.
Michael has extensive experience in building conservation, and he is currently overseeing the financial management of several refurbishments projects.
He is a Chartered Member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Building.
Ned has over 40 years of experience in the construction and property industry, and he has worked in the Cork Office of Henley Kavanagh McGowan since 1976.
During the above period, he has gained expertise in all sectors of the industry across a wide range of projects, and he continues to be directly involved in the administration of projects on a daily basis.
He has a keen interest in the provision of cost control and project administration services to the Pharmaceutical and Commercial Banking Industries, and he views this as an ongoing source of work for the Practice.
Ned is a graduate of D.I.T (Bolton St.); he is Fellow of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
